The majority of the J.C. BAR portfolio consists of grocery-anchored shopping retail properties. Over the last two decades, Triple BAR Group has acquired, developed, managed, and sold hundreds of commercial assets, primarily located on the U.S. East Coast, predominately in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
